Information you provide
Appointment and pricing requests collect your name, callback phone, contact preference, customer and equipment type, service location, and description of the work. You may also provide an email, company name, equipment details, preferred date, access notes, fault codes, and photos. Email is required when you select email as your preferred contact.
How it is used
Limestone uses these details to review your inquiry, contact you about the work, discuss pricing, arrange service, and manage the request. Selecting phone, text, or email is a preference for this inquiry, not marketing consent. The website does not collect payments or bank details and does not send automated text messages.
Storage and service providers
New requests and uploaded photos are sent to Formspree, which processes and stores submissions for Limestone and handles configured email notifications. Request details and photos may also be included in notification emails sent to Limestone. They are not published on this website. See Formspree’s Privacy Policy for information about its processing practices.
Earlier website requests remain in a Cloudflare D1 database, with their photos stored privately in Cloudflare R2. Connecting Formspree does not move those earlier records. Limestone’s service mailbox is hosted by Namecheap Private Email. Contact details and emails you send directly may be retained in that mailbox. A submitted email address is used for a request acknowledgment when email delivery is available.
Basic technical information
Hosting providers may process connection and security information such as IP addresses. Formspree also processes connection information to receive submissions and help prevent spam. An optional campaign source label may be saved with the request. No advertising or behavioral analytics trackers are installed by this website.
The service-area map loads tiles from OpenStreetMap, which receives normal connection information including your IP address and the website origin. Fonts and the hero photograph are served with the website.
Access, retention, and your choices
Request records and attachments are retained for service follow-up and business records, subject to the service providers’ retention settings. Contact service@limestonediesel.com to ask about access, correction, or deletion. Some records may need to be retained for business or legal obligations. Please avoid including unrelated personal information or sensitive payment details in your inquiry or photos.
